Make sure the database settings in config.php are correct, then run the installer.
This creates the tables: rules, stats, game_rounds, deposits, withdrawals, admins, owned_domains, path_rules, global_rules, pay_methods, devices, settings + the aviator game tables (players, userbits, gameresults, single_settings, single_transactions, single_bankdetails, single_bank_details, withdarwals).
